its a beautiful tree jeanette, i bought harvey a big red spiced christmas candle for his place on my mantlepiece which i burn for him every night. its a bit different to last christmas with him ... sigh... thinking of you and sending love xxx

I didn't make the stockings, they were an impulse buy when shopping for something entirely different, but they spoke to me. x

I was reading on a waldorf blog (altered element) about advent being a time of spiraling inward & reflection and it feels a bit like that's where you are at the moment. All the preparations for celebration have Florence right there at the centre. Heartbreaking and bitter sweet.
